Tuscaloosa Tree Pros ("we", "us") runs tuscaloosatreepros.com. We are a free referral service that connects homeowners in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area with independent local tree service companies. We are not a tree service company and we do not do the work. You can reach us at leads@tuscaloosatreepros.com or (205) 614-9233.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, the job location you enter (optional), the service you select, any details you write, and your consent. We also record technical details with your request: the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, any ad or campaign tags in the link, and the date and time.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your request to one or more independent local tree service companies, so they can contact you by phone or text about your job. We also use it to keep records of requests and consent, to fix problems, and to improve the site. Companies that receive requests may pay us for referrals.
Who we share it with
We share your request with independent tree service companies that may serve your area. They use it to contact you and quote the job. Our form provider, Formspree, processes the form submissions for us, and our email and hosting providers store them. We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box, we and the company handling your request may call or text you at the number you entered about your request, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell the caller you do not want more calls. Consent is not required to buy any goods or services.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and consent records for as long as we need them to run the service and meet legal and record-keeping needs, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing leads@tuscaloosatreepros.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We cannot control information a company already received, so you may also need to contact that company directly.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
